@r13947904 all they can say is that their priority mail is very behind because of covid. I mailed several other packages that same day and some made it and some didn't. it just depends on where it was going she said. ur pkg. goes thru Mich. and it's really bad there. I'm sorry. she also said she has been personally waiting on a pkg. for her daughter since the 12th...ugh. I never had this issue before. im sorry.
