Hey there! You purchased a striped Zara sweater from me a bit ago. Something happened with the mail carrier and it got returned to me. I tried to email posh customer service but never got a response on what they wanted me to do. They released the payment to me but I hate that you didn’t get your item. I wasn’t sure how to get in contact with you so figured I’d try here! Do you want me to try and send it again?

@rwollmer absolutely!!!! I will try it again tomorrow! They gave me another shipping label so I’ll double check the address they have compared to what you sent. I have no idea what could’ve happened. I’ve never had that experience before!

@rwollmer so the address for the shipping label is different than what you gave me! That may be the issue. If you could message posh again and have them update your address so I can get a label with the correct one on it!
