annc64 @rachelheinen Have they received the package? One the buyer receives the package they have 3 days to inspect. Some buyers never utilize the function to let Poshmark know they have received and the item is as described. After 3 days if a case hasn't been opened the funds will automatically be released to you. Does that help you? Let me know if I rambled too much.😀

annc64 When you go into the Sales, then into that item at the bottom is a band that says "problem/order inquiry" Go into that and you should be able to send a message there, asking about your balance.
