julina1516 girl I'm with you I spent so much on posh for Christmas both for myself and others heheh and thank you !! believe it or not I used the cvs brand !! its like colorist or something and the shimmer lights conditioner so I could leave it in for longer .. I dont have my hair purple anymore now its like your color but I set my whole closet up with purples so I just keep the profile pic lol

raeraebop @tinkfawn thank you for the message! However I just received the package, and it does not include a full size of mascara 😕 this is a sample size (3 ml). The full size is 12 ml. Everything else in the bundle is great.

raeraebop @tinkfawn it’s ok!! :) I figured it was an accident. Is $5 refund ok with u? It sucks that shipping is so high, I paid $18.50 but I know u only get a small percentage of the total. But hopefully that works? I bought the bundle primarily for the mascara, otherwise I wouldn’t care. Thanks for the quick response! 😊

raeraebop @jreed0213 I’m sorry!! I commented to you last week but I guess you didn’t get the message....I can actually ship out today :) but one of the buttons is missing it’s fabric cover. It is not very noticeable, and it blends in with the garment because the button underneath the fabric is black (if that makes sense??)

I only saw it while I was preparing to ship it, or else I would have disclosed it in the the listing :/ again so sorry! I feel bad that you need it for a specific event and have been waiting on it 😔 , but just let me know what you decide 😊I can get it out in the mail today. And also I can take a picture of the button if you want to see it before deciding....

raeraebop To clarify, the button is intact etc but the rest of the buttons have a snap on cover that is the same fabric as the rest of the tunic. One button towards the bottom doesn’t have the cover so it’s just a metal button. It could be an easy fix but I didn’t want to mess with it. I did try to find button covers lol but couldn’t find the right size

Also, the shipping label says 3-day priority (some packages are 2 day but depends on where you live) so it should get to you by Thursday at the latest.

raeraebop @jreed0213 no I can’t :/ Poshmark doesn’t allow partial refunds. That’s why I wanted to make sure to get in touch with you before mailing it. Posh only allows full refund if you want to return the item/cancel the order....or the alternative is that you keep the item & get no refund if it is after the sale was made. I had a similar situation with an item I bought before and the seller and I went back and forth with posh customer support

I want u to be happy with the purchase and not feel like you overpaid :)

I shipped your order Thursday but just moved to a new place where the post office has been delayed with every Poshmark order I’ve shipped so far! I’ve contacted poshmark and post office customer service about this so I’m not sure what else to do....but the tracking/shipping should show up and update sometime in the next couple of days :) I’m happy to give you the tracking number if you’d like.
