jjsass @lampertrachel Hi! Thank you for your purchase- yes I will send them tomorrow so you should receive it by the end of the week. I just looked at the shipping label and it says that it will require a signature on delivery so if there is no one home to sign for it I believe they take it to your nearest post office and it can be picked up there 👍

jjsass @lampertrachel Hi! I’m not really sure what is going on to be honest but Poshmark automatically sends the shipping label with the address already printed (so it will be whatever address is saved on your shipping address on check out).

jjsass @lampertrachel I’ve send Poshmark an email and I’ve tried to call USPS but they currently have high call volumes and said I would receive a call back in an hour or so. I’m really sorry but I’m so confused on what’s going on? I looked at the tracking and it was supposed to be delivered today 😓

jjsass @lampertrachel Could you please do me a favor and double check that your shipping address on Poshmark is correct? If you go to the menu on the bottom right hand corner if you click your name ➡️ then on the screen there should be a tab with “my address” it should show your shipping address 👍 Thanks for working with me on this- I’m just not sure what is going on and I know that you are under a time crunch to get these boots🙏😓

lampertrachel @jjsass thanks for trying to help I purchase a fair amount on this app I confirmed that my address is correct on the Poshmark app Who knows Miami is a strange place so likely the driver made a mistake Hope it gets fixed ASAP

jjsass @lampertrachel I just spoke to a super nice lady at USPS and she said that there is no problems with the address but what happened was the sorting facility accidentally sent it to the wrong post office in your city. According to her she looked up their internal tracking and it’s on it’s way back to the sorting facility and then they will re-send it to your local post office so it should be delivered tomorrow because the mail carrier have already gone out today 😅
