bluesky0311 Good morning! To answer your questions, yes, the curling irons come from a smoke free home. They have only been used one time since I cut my hair and can’t use them. They do come with what you see in the pic. The owners manual comes with the instant curler.. I do not have the packaging they came in since it was not a box, but a plastic thing with cardboard. Hope that helps!
