rengelha @lucinha ok, not having any luck finding my measuring tape, but I will tell you that I have this dress in another color. KS size 4 fits me really well and I got both dresses in a size 6 at the time (I had just had a baby) and they definitely are big on me now that I'm back to my usual size. In other words, I really do think it runs like a true size 6. I hope that helps. I'm sorry I can't give you exact measurements.
