I am upset with the postal service. I wish there is more I can do, I sent it out and at the mercy of the postal service and poshmark right now. I apologize. pike17 @paris699 hi! I submitted a request for updates and where is the package through customer service at usps. I received confirmation they received my request for updates and where the package is. They will contact me back within 1 business day. I should hear something tomorrow, if I hear anything before that I will let you know right away. Thank you for being patient and kind. I wish poshmark would be doing more right now to help us both out!

pike17 @paris699 talked to the postal service and for some reason the package is being sent by ground which means traveling by mail truck instead of priority which means traveling in airplane to closest city to you then in mail truck to your home. Because if this we are not seeing as many updates on it. Poshmark has said we cannot do anything until Monday, June 22nd. I’m hoping it arrives to you no later than the 22nd though.

pike17 @paris699 please feel free to contact poshmark customer service. I know that they will most definitely refund if you do not receive the package by the 22nd. I pray I can get my wallet back if you decide you would no longer want to wait and receive refund from the postal service.

pike17 @paris699 I received an update from a manager at the Westland usps post office saying they received a package inquiry claim. They closed the claim ticket indicating the claim no longer is needed because packages are being delayed currently due to covoid. I’m praying and assuming because this was updated by the post office by you that they may have received the package today.

Anyhow, please keep a lookout for the package on Monday and Tuesday because if it is truly at Westland then it should be to you very soon. Fingers crossed! I know the package was very delayed also because it went by mail truck instead of plane for sure now. Usps messed that part up! :( I will update if I hear anymore updates soon. ❤️
