Hi Rachel,
After further inspection of the boots you ordered, I noticed some separation on the boots' heels from the sole. I do not feel comfortable sending the boots this way to you😣. I had not noticed this since I had not worn the boots in long while.

You deserve good quality, and am dissapointed to see this happen to such beautiful boots. Apparently, Cole Haan has a "Shoe Hospital", so I may be sending them to repair🤔. Good luck on your quest to find beautiful riding boots🤗. And once again, I truly apologize.😯

It looks like they are just separating on the sole.
The leather all arou d is clean and in great condition. And its only 1 boot that it happened to. 🤔
