divashopper705 Hello, You kindly purchased a pair of khaki pants and a gray fleece quarter zip jacket from me in November. On 11/28, I received an email from Poshmark that said you received your order and accepted it. Today, you rated the order as only 1 star saying you did not receive it. I'm confused by this. Was this rating and lack of receipt meant for a different seller? Thank you.

I'm very sorry the package didn't show up but you know I mailed it since there is tracking information. I wish you had messaged me about it. I assumed all was well since tracking shows the package was delivered two weeks ago.

divashopper705 @bob1967 I have already emailed Poshmark customer service to see what can be done. Their system shows package received and you accepted it. Let's see how we can get this resolved. I'll let you know what they say when I hear back. Thanks.

bob1967 @divashopper705 i will bring the tracking to the post office. They will have to refund me. Thats not on you! Our mailbox is in a locked box cluster they may have put it in the wrong box.
