jem9 Also, re: the ship time, I know it arrived later than we all expected. However, as you were able to view in the tracking, I shipped immediately and it was held up in the USPS delays that are still ongoing, and I had posted a note to you on 12/20 to check in and let you know I was keeping my eye on it. A shame for that to be held against me as usps delays had been widely reported and out of my control. Would appreciate that consideration, if you are open to it. All my best.
