phoenixupcycle Hi, I just wanted to make you aware that I mislabeled your package. The person who got your dresses is sending your items back. Please submit a dispute and don’t accept the item so Poshmark can send you a label to return the item and we can send the dresses to you and I’m sorry about the mix up!

phoenixupcycle @rachelmari33 please market as accident and then put on the description or the comment section that you received the wrong package the girl that received your package already has her case disputed. What will happen is that they cancel your order and send you a label. You’ll get your money back and when I receive your dresses I’ll let you know so you can repurchase

rachelmari33 @ileanaaaah Hi! I haven't received anything at all. In my order status, it says "Pending USPS Scan". And I can't cancel or anything until after 7 days have passed. "Poshmark sellers typically ship within 3-5 days of the order. However, they have up to seven days to ship their order. After seven days of non-shipment, buyers can cancel the order." No worries. I am not in a hurry.

phoenixupcycle @rachelmari33 submit a case before accepting the item and they will send you a new label to send back. I am so sorry I had someone help me last week with a bunch of packages and they messed up a few of my orders 😞
