Hello Rachel, Posh had stated that partial refunds are not available. You can return the item for a full refund or accept and keep checking back for an item that you like & I will mail it to you free( Lmk if there is something in particular you are looking for style/size and I will buy it for you next week on my inventory shop and mail that out to you for free.
