erh33 @rciavarella I reached out to poshmark regarding what to do. They said to have you open a case then reorder if you would like. I do not want you to feel like you could be getting an item that you didn't order, so I can either cancel the order, which should allow you to keep the item, or you can open a case. Either way I will keep the item reserved for you at $40 for the inconvenience if you would like to reorder. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.

lil_sagna I don't care about getting the extra pair of pants, only about getting the ones I ordered. I'd prefer if you send the correct ones as soon as possible. How do I open a case? Will I get refunded for the original order if I need to reorder with the 40$ reservation? I don't see the reservation on your page.

erh33 @rciavarella I think it would be best to wait. They will rule in your favor. I will put a new listing up once this all clears (which I expect to be tomorrow) I have told poshmark to accept the case. Again I apologize profusely for all of this and thank you for your patience.
