petite_j Hi! I just went to pull the boots out from a storage container in my garage and saw that the boots rubbed up against something and are damaged now. I don’t feel good about selling them in this condition. So sorry for the inconvenience 🌷☹️

aliviasheels Hi, I’m Jamie, I sold you the Jessica Simpson size 5.5 black pumps. I see you gave me a 1 star rating because you stated you never got them but Poshmark app shows them delivered. You need to contact Poshmark customer service about this. Shoes were sent out as requested & the other 3 orders from that day were delivered also. I have only gotten 5 star ratings & feel this is unfair to give me a 1 star rating due to issue with postal service delivery.

bucher22 @aliviasheels I’m sorry the app wouldn’t let me move past the rating to say it was never received. I have since done so. I received a note from the post office stating there is additional postage of 9.50 due on a package. Could that be yours?

aliviasheels @bucher22 there shouldn’t be additional postage due , I’ve mailed items heavier than that & no additional postage was due. That postage fee covers up to 75 pounds from what I’m told. I think you should check back with the post office on this. Package came from Jamie Tracy in Hemet,Ca.

The fee for postage up to 75 pounds on theExpress Mail packages is a flat 6.99 thru Poshmark so when label is printed the postage is prepaid. No additional fees are required. Please contact post office & inquire what the fee is for & why then let me know. Thank you
