hollyshefer Hey Rachael! I purchased a bundle from you and the Ugg’s are not a size 9, the toes are way more scuffed than what the picture shows, and the jacket isn’t black as in the picture you posted. Idk how to resolve this but I’m pretty much stuck now with Ugg’s that don’t fit and scuffed, and a jacket that wasn’t the color I wanted. What can we do? Thanks in advance and I love everything else! rachellmck @hollyshefer ok you can always do a return of all the items I don't know how to price out for just the two because I based pricing on the bundle also you can always put in a grievance with Poshmark and let them resolve it and decide how to return the items to me that you didn't want and what you should get back for the two items you wish to return
