I am disappointed that the bag you sold my daughter arrived with the main zipper torn & broken. The sale was auto accepted this morning because we did not get the mail last night as there was a storm, and our post office declares an item delivered when they receive it. I have filed an inquiry, but would be glad to work with you and just get a refund of my daughter's money. If you'd like the irreparable bag back (I can send photos), we will send it to you. I will be glad to change my rating then.

@blessingfarm happy to give you a refund. I am curious as the zipper was fine when I sent, I wouldn’t have sold it otherwise, wouldn’t really be worth selling and I’d have just throw it away. Wouldn’t risk someone giving a negative review or disappointing someone. But definitely happy to send a refund.

Hi. I don't know if you want photos, but I will send if wanted. The box was in good condition, securely taped. Upon lifting up the paper, I could see the zipper was hanging off of only one track. I lifted the bag to examine it closely and there was a pinky-tip-sized pull away next to the teeth. Lovely bag otherwise. Just irreparable. One never knows with USPS handling. I appreciate your willingness to refund. They say no email sharing for security. This is my first issue. What is normally done?

@blessingfarm it’s because Poshmark has a no refund policy once accepted. So not sure, Can you respond back with email by putting a space between each letter? Like a b c d …try that

I tried. It is still acting up. The system is clever. What method do you plan to use for the refund? It might help to know. Thank you. I will wait for updates, then change the review to 5 for customer service once things are handled. Take care.

This system is frustrating! *Not you* I might be an ex-buyer once I am able to change your review. Perhaps I will just stick to thrifting. It's safer, just not as diverse. Have a good day. Rachel, I managed to sift through emails today and it looks like I was refunded the amount of the purchase from Poshmark. It hasn't appeared on my statement yet, but I will check tomorrow and change the review asap. I appreciate your willingness to help out and will be glad to rate you a five for outstanding customer service. Should I dispose of the bag or try to find somewhere that fixes items for ladies in need? They did not give me any instructions about the bag or a reshipping label. Thanks.

I'd like to change the rating now that the cost for the item was damaged during shipping has been refunded. I do not know where to go.
