hammedownz @rachelmarie902 I normally give most of my package to the mail carrier when she delivers the mail. I will find her drop location and file a grievance with them to recover the package. I apologize for this postal service error on their behalf, one i get the information I'll contact you no later the friday and I refund you if i think this is gonna take t ok long.But did shipped it out th he same day, so you really should have received it.I apologize once once more about this.

hammedownz Because i give it to the Mail carrier i normally receive a message with tracking that evening, she doesn't scan them, i would probably have to call for pick up service which normally be the next day.

hammedownz @rachelmarie902 i hope they do too, i really don't want my level of trust in the postal service to decline and i really want my customer service to be top notch. Ill be look into it today, i have to wait to speak to the postal worker to find out her drop off office location

hammedownz Hi , i got a call from the postal office for an update but there still isn't any movement, youve been very patience and i wanna thank you from the heart. If there no movement by Tuesday ill reimburse you, and if they every surface and are shipped to you. They be on the house. If they resurface to my home i will notify you. hammedownz Ok, so the only thing I cant do is refund you, but if it ever shows up over here I notify you first ok. So request a refund and let them know it was a shipping issue. I never receive a payment yet for them, so it shouldn't be an issue. I never had to do a refund before, but I'm sure they'll notify me and it should be easy. Thank you so much, and again I apologize on behalf of the postal service.
