lluvtosave @karendodson I’m sorry to hear that. I’m not really sure what to do. I know it worked fine when I had it because I tried it on before listing to make sure I didn’t want to keep it and I raised & lowered the zipper a few times getting it on & off my mannequin. Is this the first time you’ve tried it? Because you purchased almost two months ago, lol. Have you tried wiggling the zipper? Or is it getting caught in the cloth? Is it snug?

karendodson It was my first time wearing it - fits ok just zipper is not moving past a certain part of the dress - could be a tiny part of the zipper teeth missing. I appreciate you responding. Thank you.
