denverloftstyle @rgbbgr I'm not sure. I would check the comps and the solds. It looks like they are all over the place. It depends if you want a quick sale or hold out for the buyer who understands the value of them. Sometimes in the past I've been tempted to lower the price but then it sells the next day for full price.
