mama_magnolia Hi. Regarding the zipper on the good. It was not stripped at all. I checked everything before I sent it out. All zippers worked smoothly, or I wouldn’t have sold the coat. Something doesn’t add up when you give me a 5 star rating, then cut it down to 1 star. Before you give any rating, you must examine the article. Kindly re-evaluate and amend your rating. rachelwillis594 @mama_magnolia I was very excited that this cost came so quickly and poshmark automatically asks for a rating when you receive the item. I just now wore it outside and the fur part came right off! I went back inside to look at the zipper and it is infact stripped!

mama_magnolia @rachelwillis594 I don’t understand this. I’m very sorry if that was your experience, however I examine everything before I post items and again before I send items out. If there was any defect, I would’ve never posted it. The zipper worked perfectly; I even washed the coat when you bought it (to freshen it up from being stored in a bin) & before packing, I zipped the fur onto the hood and it went on smoothly. 🤷🏻‍♀️

rachelwillis594 @mama_magnolia ok.... I don't know. I'm not asking to return. my mother in law sews pretty well so I think she can fix it. I just thought it should have been mentioned if you knew and since it came right off it seems like the seller would have known.

mama_magnolia @rachelwillis594 no, honestly, that’s why I’m very surprised to hear this. Literally, the last thing I did before putting it in the box was zip the fur on & it was fine. Again, I’m so sorry this happened. I appreciate communication; if there was an issue, I would’ve reached out & told you what I discovered, as I wouldn’t like for it to happen to me. I’m glad your m-I-l sews. I hope you’ll enjoy the coat & wear it in good health.
