nghanimah Hi Rachel, thank you so much for the Michelle Watch purchase, unfortunately l need to cancel, I took the watch in to my jeweler to replace the battery for you (as well as the Gucci watches that sold) unfortunately the watch was dropped & seriously damaged by jewelers. I feel terrible about this, I did some research and found a similar one listed by caraclayback - not sure of it's condition but you can reach out to inquire and it is listed for less than mine, again pls accept my apologies : (
