johniblue Hi Rachel just received the Jcrew tortoise and gold earrings. One of them looks like it may have been damaged and glued back together. It has some type of residue. The earrings are cute but I don’t think I can wear them.

kidsister1963 @rbethlahmy Trying to reach you one of the earrings you sent was the wrong style but Posh won’t allow me to just return one pair. Can we work anything out? Would like to keep the gold pair and return the wrong pair and send you something for the gold pair.

lauralou_188 I ordered a bundle of 2 pair of earrings. You sent me the wrong item for one of them. I left you a comment but you never responded. I had to open an incident thru Poshmark which resulted in a small refund, which isn’t even enough to re-purchase the correct item I was supposed to receive. If you send someone the wrong item, it’s courteous to at least respond with an apology or some kind of resolution. Just ignoring them/never responding is rude. Overall, not a good experience!

lauralou_188 @kidsister1963 I had the exact same issue with this seller! I ordered a bundle of 2 pair of earrings and she sent me the wrong item for one. I reached out to her and never got a response. Posh wouldn’t let me return just one, since they were a bundle, which seems silly, but I didn’t wanna risk returning the item that was correct since this seller is unresponsive.

_shopgirls_ I’m going to open a case to return the longchamp bag to you because it was described as “perfect condition, used once” but it actually has a hole and lots of wear & stains. Bummed.
