nisinirvana Hi Rachel. I am sorry that the bag isn’t 100 but I swear there was no smell to the HB bag when I packed it and sent it. I would never intentionally send something like that. I do not know what could have happened during transport. I hope that it resolves itself and you are able to enjoy the bag.
