bamabelle58 I’ve been waiting since 2/26 for the dress I paid for to be shipped. I asked you to please ship the dress because I needed it. You are not responding at all. I don’t understand why anyone would sign up to sell and not give good customer service. If your money was tied up, I am sure you would be upset! There really is no excuse😡

rkenney123 @bamabelle58 I am extremely sorry I understand your frustration you purchased the dress on Saturday and Sunday there is no mailing I had a scheduled pick up for Wednesday with USPS and they did not take the package I called and they have taken it today.

bamabelle58 @rkenney123 thank you for responding! I am about 30 years older than you are, and I take buying and selling very seriously. I try to treat everyone like I want to be treated. I run my packages to the post office daily so nobody has to wait on items they have already paid for. It is important to communicate with buyers so they know what to expect. Thank you

rkenney123 @bamabelle58 thank you for understanding. I should have handled this sooner I apologize and will learn from this. I have a newborn at home and it is inexcusable I lost track of time on Monday and Tuesday scheduled the package for pickup Wednesday morning and when it was still outside that afternoon i emailed back the usps confirmation saying it was scheduled for Wednesday pickup.
