justforthem Hi Rachel -The package you received was brand new. I encourage you to go to Ulta and take a look at the Tutti Frutti sticks and see they all look that way. In fact, all Makeup that I sell I do open to inspect them before sending out to buyers to ensure they’re not damaged or broken. I purchase all of my makeup directly from the manufacturer. I can show you all the Tutti Frutti sticks I currently have and you’ll see they all look the same... I’m really sorry you’re not pleased.

rachel_perez28 @justforthem I’m entirely pleased! The pigment is beautiful, it smells fantastic, and I’ve already used it since it came! I was just concerned because it looked like it had been sanitized outside of packaging before shipment and I wasn’t sure. I will absolutely be a return customer - as my “likes” on your page have indicated, I was just apprehensive. But pleased never the less! Thanks so much!
