catknip Hi Rachel. I just wanted to let you know it appears that your Birks are stuck in Detroit. For some reason all my sales that go thru Detroit get held up there for about 5 days. I just wanted to let you know they were in fact mailed on June 22. Due to covid the post office is not addressing this delay for me except to say covid is causing delays. I hope your Birks get to you soon and thanks for your purchase.

catknip @shelleyp2019 I tried earlier and of course all I got was it is due to COVID. Maybe Poshmark will have better luck since they are the actual purchaser of the shipping. They do not allow buyers to use their own shipping; I never see the shipping money. Sorry. Maybe Poshmark will do something if we both contact them.

shelleyp2019 @catknip there is still no new info on the order. I contacted Poshmark twice yesterday and once today. I am going to cancel this since it appears to be list in the mail. I wanted these for a trip and unfortunately it looks like I’m not going to receive them.

shelleyp2019 @catknip hi. Last I heard the order was lost somewhere. Poshmark emailed me with that info, plus they said they would provide you with your earnings since the package was lost and would cancel my order. Did you hear something different?

catknip @shelleyp2019 It looks as if you were already refunded. You get them free and that is okay( I was paid) since you did nothing wrong, it was the post office's issue. Poshmark is pretty fair about this stuff, I don't think they will make you pay for them if they have already refunded you. They have marked the sale as resolved and that means they are done with it, I think. Hope you like the Birks.Thanks for being so patient thru all this.

catknip @shelleyp2019 Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 10:07 am on July 9, 2020 in OKEMOS, MI 48864. I hope they arrived in good condition (who knows what USPS did to/with them). I am glad USPS did not get to keep them!
