irishlady8 Hi Rachel,thank you for your purchase of the Cold Water Creek burgundy cardigan, when I listed it I missed seeing a spot on the sleeve, as I was pressing it I discovered the spot and have laundered it and am going to repeat again today. I'm so sorry and I'll message you again tonight to let you know if the stain came out, I just wanted you to know of the delay in shipping it. Again so sorry, I feel terrible about this. irishlady8 Hi Rachel, After laundering the sweater again, the stain wouldn't come out. There are 2 dark spots on the sleeve by the wrist that if pushed up wouldn't show. If you agree any item in my closet under 25.00 I would give to you free plus the cardigan or we could cancel the sale. this has never happened before to me and again I apologise. Can you let me know how to proceed, thank's.
