How you get them, click on the word "Followers" under the big picture on anyone's page. There you'll find thousands to click on & follow, they will follow back. Sharing, if you want Posher's to share your items, then you must share theirs. I share four items for every follower. This gets your shares up on becoming a Posh Ambassador II for many extras.
