silkysun99 I just ordered a new pair of croft & barrow boots from your shop and when I took out the tissue paper I found a black sock with like 2 fake eyelashes attached to it and a few pieces of hair woven into it. This is the first time I've ever ordered something from posh mark and I don't know how to message you privately or directly. I also have photos if you wanted to see.

hippy_daisies @sarahberry1199 please open a claim to return. They were new and unworn so I’m disgusted that you found that. I sincerely apologize. I never even thought to look in them since the box was never opened. I am sorry.

silkysun99 I'm probably just going to keep them since the boots look and smell pretty much new and the sock wasn't really horribly dirty or anything. I just thought you should know.
