I've made my first offer, which included the discounted shipping, but if the seller doesn't accept the offer until after midnight, will it still count? Or if she rejects it will the deal go away if we change the price of the item?

ez_creations @rdfranco now that is a very good question. Take a look at https://poshmark.com/price_drop_policy. Assuming the shipping discount was offered by poshmark and not the buyer, my guess is that it will expire
