sherryblond I’m still waiting to hear from them... I’m so sorry 😐. It weighs 20 lbs and their limit is 10 lbs for their labels. I can ship myself through Usps but according to their rules I have to use their label 🤪🤷🏼‍♀️. Thank you for being patient.
