Hey Rachel I’m sorry to have to inform that your package was accidentally mishandles and sent under the incorrect ups label. @rachelbay I messaged @kahlonla and made her aware of the situation. She agreed to open a case and return the package. It was suppose to have arrived yesterday but still no inquiry opened. I am truly hoping they will. I still have their order. I’ve also contacted posh support but they have no gotten back to me

I can cancel your existing label and list the item again if that makes more sense. In the meantime I’m holding on to good faith and hoping they’ll return the item right away so I can sort this mess. Again, very sorry! 😓
