sandrizzle1 Hi Rachel It’s Sandra you purchased the Roots bag from me. The bag shipped, tracking shows it should have been deliv on Sept 30th I contacted Canada Post as the bag hasn’t been deliv. They want a ticket created to investigate the shipment. The address it shipped to is required for the ticket. I deleted the email w/your address on the label. Could you submit the ticket to Canada Post you need the tracking # and your address. Sorry for the delay in receiving the bag. Thanks Sandra
