lorinlb @roseandgrace17 Hi. Under your ID there is a POSHMARK HELP CENTER and then a link on contact poshmark. Theyve usually returned answer in 24 hrs. I believe the credit $10 shows up after a transaction has occurred. I noticed mine was there when I went to purchase something. Hope that helps. Lori

lorinlb @roseandgrace17 definitely sounds like you should email posh customer service. I saw on the internet there are some scam activities? But maybe a glitch or may be just a learning tool. I've always been helped fairly quickly. Hope gets resolved soon for you. Lori
