chikabella @racherndon thank you sooo much for your understanding. I put my account on “vacation mode” to verify and update mi page not sure if that is the reason you couldn’t do anything at all. I did remove it now so please try again to see if allows you to cancel your offer. If not Im going to check with Poshmark to confirm what can be done. Thanks

chikabella @racherndon found this on their FAQ To cancel an accidental purchase: In the app, go to your My Poshmark Tab (@username), or on the web, select your profile picture at the top-right of the page. Scroll down and go to My Purchases. Select the order. Select Problems/Order Inquiry. Select Accidental Purchase. Select Yes, cancel.

racherndon @chikabella I tried again, but received the same message stating shipped orders cannot be cancelled, and orders placed through an offer are final sale and cannot be cancelled as an accidental purchase. you should be able to go through that similar processes but through "my sales". if all else fails, I can wait it out until the system cancels the order when it fails to ship?
