cherolia @oldtimegirl thanks for letting me know. This has never happened to me so I am not sure what to do. Are you able to check with your local postal service? I will look into this on my end of things and contact Poshmark for help. 😐

cherolia I looked up the policy and sounds like Posh will compensate both parties if the package is missing but tracking indicates that it was delivered. If you did your best checking for it with your postal office (check with neighbors, sometimes we get other people’s mail by mistake... idk?), I think you should report it to Posh under the transaction and they will open the case. I am really sorry this happened, I packed everything carefully for you and I was looking forward to making you happy. ☹️

cherolia @oldtimegirl I am very sad about it, too. I was hoping you would love both items. My best friend moved across the country last summer to start her residency and USPS lost one of her boxes full of medical books. It was marked as delivered but she never received it so I guess it happens. Or people steal packages... ☹️ Please don’t miss the three day window to open the case or posh won’t refund. I hope we can straighten this out one way or another! 🤞

oldtimegirl @cherolia oh that’s terrible! Those books would be so expensive to replace too. 😭 I reported the missing orders, so hopefully will hear from posh soon. If there’s a way I can still leave you good feedback as a seller, let me know and I’ll do that. You’ve been so lovely to work with!

cherolia @oldtimegirl please keep me posted on what Posh will do for you. They released my funds because it has been marked as delivered. You should be able to leave a review when you click on your purchase tab. However, I feel absolutely terrible that you did not receive any packages. I sure hope you file a report with USPS. oldtimegirl @cherolia just a quick update! Posh refunded me and said they paid you as well. According to my neighbors, I’m not the only one who’s had packages go missing and the police are aware. So hopefully this stops soon! Of course I’ll check out your closet for other cute clothes but may hold off until things settle down. Thanks so much again for your help! Take care!! 🤗
