juliepricewood I see you wear the HOKA trail running shoes. I run in the Cliffton size 7.5. I am moving to CO and want to get into trail jogging/walking. Do you have any Speedgoat in 7.5? or Ultimate Direction hydration vests?

rachelragona @juliepricewood hi Julie, congrats on your move to beautiful CO! I don’t have the speedgoats, as I had blister issues with them (very pointy toebox). I wear the EVO Mafate, which has a better toebox; wider for overall, but almost identical performance as Speedgoat. I have an old pair with good cushioning but pretty worn lugs because I used them on icy sidewalks over winter. They’d still be excellent for hiking and running on most trails. If you’re interested I’ll clean them up and list them.

rachelragona @juliepricewood I don’t have UD vests, as I use Orange Mud gear. Check out their website, it’s amazing stuff. I have the “double barrel” and I think a single, plus a little cross-body style pack that I’m planning to list. They last forever and you can use regular bottles instead of bladders. Much easier to clean and fill.

rachelragona The pack I’m using in my photo is a single-barrel. I’ve used it since 2015 for everything from training to a 100-miler this past summer. I have another in pink at home and the double version (holds two bottles plus flasks up front) is black.
