amaz_zen Hi there, happy new year! I spoke with PM support and they said they cannot give out a partial refund. If you could please file a report when you get the item, they can do it then. Sorry about the hassle. Please keep the item if you can use it - great! Otherwise do with it as you please. Thanks again for your understanding!

I also appreciate you taking the time to stitch up the snag, but unfortunately I would like to ask for a refund for that item. I understand to file a report to Poshmark but will that affect your standing? Your service and items have been great and I don’t want to let it look otherwise. Let me know if that’s the route I should take, I can also mail it back. Thank you for your time!

In regards to the rating, it doesn't affect it unless you rate us. And sorry about making you do extra work, but that is the only route for getting a refund. Go ahead and file it. Thanks again!
