Hi, I'm writing to follow up on your recent order. As the tracking info has not been updated since I dropped off the package a week ago. The ticket number is 136062501 should you need to contact Canada post for assistance as well. Will let you know when I hear back from their customer support. Alternatively you can contact poshmark for support, as they generally take care of tracking and delivery.

@rjin no worries, hope you receive the package soon. There has been some regular delays at Canada post due to covid 19. But it should not have taken this long normally to process the shipment.

@rjin thank you for your patience, normally it'll just take a day or two, all packages from Toronto typically get processed at Mississauga overnight for delivery in GTA next day. Not sure what is happening at the processing plant in Mississauga now. But a few of the packages I dropped off last week have not been processed at all :(

@londontoronto oh wow that’s so fast typically, they must be either crazy understaffed or just that overloaded haha.
We have a new delivery person in my area and she’s mixed up a bunch of mail (this is only her fifth day working) so perhaps it’s just as mixed up there!

@rjin when it's going smooth, yes, but at the moment, canada post is very unreliable, unfortunately poshmark does not offer any alternative for it. Also, the flat shipping charge is quite unfair for most of the sales in ON and QC. I sold a dress last week to a client in Waterloo privately, and the postage is only $8.37 without the discount of a large enterprise account like poshmark.
