You bought my Kensie shoes and I have in idea what is going on. I have been following tracking and it is ridiculous. They have shown in SF last 2 days then said misspent. Now showing original tracking. I printed the label posh sent so u may need to contact them soon. Sorry for all the trouble but not much I can do on my end. This will be Posh responsibility as they provide the shipping labels.
