@michele_gross My expectation was it being fixed today, because that is what you promised both yesterday and the day before. This is very unprofessional.
I have been waiting for several days now, which is very gracious in my opinion. If this isn’t fixed by tomorrow evening then I am going to contact Poshmark support about this situation and open a report.

@michele_gross I am trying to be understanding, but this is an issue that has a very simple solution. It is easy to go on google and/or watch a simple YouTube tutorial about it. That is the general expectation when these technical issues occur. I even sent you step by step directions of how to fix it. I understand that may be difficult for you, but it is not appropriate given the description of the item that I have purchased and paid for.

@rsellek i understand your frustration and i share your feelings as I did exactly what you said and it is no longer showing as one of my devices anywhere. I am actively working to fix the problem and have been looking for any tips online, so please do not assume i am not working on it. As i said, if you are happier returning the watch, we can go through Poshmark to figure out how to get you what you need.

I have now used my phone and a computer to ensure that the watch is not linked to my account whatsoever, which also shows that I did exactly what you asked correctly. Again, i am sorry that this is happening and i will help in any way i can, but this might be a pairing issue?

Thank you so much! I was getting worried I was being scammed because the watch is in such great condition.
When I try and pair the watch it says " This apple watch is linked to an apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password that were used to set up this Apple Watch."
Then it has an email listed that is starred out that begins with m and ends with an aol account server

@rsellek Hello. I spent 30 min on the phone with Apple and went to the Apple store to make sure that everything was wiped clean. They assured me that everything has been done correctly and I have no information o or data attached to the watch. My suggestion to you is to either go to the Apple store to pair it, or we can work with Poshmark to get your money back and the watch back to me.
