raieraia I ordered something on January 5th yet to hear anything back from the seller. Why is she not sending out the item when poshmark took the money on the same day? This is very disappointing. Starting to wonder if this site is a scam.

raieraia @dagmarstone can you suggest something or should I just report this and have my funds and this circumstance investigated? I order an item off some lady name ninjakitty and messaged her with no kind of response showed she was active online at that. I don’t do well with scammers. If this poshmark is dealing with dishonest people this site won’t keep me as a client. This is awful first time I order maybe my last.

dagmarstone @raieraia if she doesn’t send out the item, Poshmark will refund you. I hope you didn’t do it outside the Poshmark platform, ie email! You can also go to your purchases and go to the help, problem with order, and make a complaint.

raieraia Hello. I want to know why the advertisement says 1-3 day “priority” shipping when it’s obvious from looking at my purchases this is not true. None of my purchases are priority from checking the tracking. Why did this occur this way?
