Hi Rachel, you bought a Gucci purse from me. I was astonished to see it returned to me with a rip. It obviously did not have a rip when I sent it to Posh Authenticate. Could you please let me know what happened from your end?

@graindepoudre yes I was so excited to get the purse! And honestly the outside and handles looked exactly as you described. I was shocked when I opened it and saw the inner tear. It was pretty significant and I knew fixing it would put even more money to the purchase so I contacted Poshmark immediately with pictures. I’m not sure when and how the tear was there but definitely was the first thing I saw when I opened the bag! Sorry for this whole process!

@luttrn Hi Rachel! Thanks for letting me know. I hope you know that I would never send a purse in that condition to anybody. What is strange is that Poshmark did not note this rip in their authentication message to me. It looks to me that someone yanked on the pocket and caused that rip. I really see no other way that this could have happened. Thanks for letting me know and I hope you shop my closet again.
