lanbin90 Please do not accept any packages with the tracking that ends in 3414. Poshmark account has been compromised. The item you ordered is still in my possession. Please contact me if you have any further questions. As I can’t get in contact with anyone from Poshmark regarding this matter.

lanbin90 @rmwood81 I’m not able to send the boots although I have the correct shipping label due to the fact that because of the glitch with Poshmark the original label that was scanned had been delivered and their earnings came to me. I have to wait until that seller does a claim to get their funds. So until that’s taken care of I can’t send them. I’ve contacted Poshmark so that they can refund you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

rmwood81 @lanbin90 would it be helpful if I contacted Poshmark support to tell them about the glitch as well? I haven’t accepted the order even though it says delivered since I obviously haven’t received anything. :)

lanbin90 @rmwood81 yes please let them about that so that they can give you your money back. I tried doing like a cancel so that you can get your money back but it wouldn’t let me do it. They have a big mess going on here and I hope it get resolved fast. This has never happened before.

rmwood81 @lanbin90 I emailed them. They emailed me back with the tracking number and said it was delivered and told me to check with my neighbors. I replied that it was delivered 2000 miles from where I live so I can guarantee that my neighbors don’t have it. 😂😂😂 I also told them to get ahold of you because you’ve been having trouble reaching them. Hopefully they will get ahold of you and they’ll be able to help you finally!

rmwood81 @lanbin90 oh my goodness, I don’t know who the customer service people at Poshmark think they are talking to because I have now had two different CSRs email me to say that they’ve “reached out to the seller who have assured us that they’ve shipped the item”. I sent them screen shots of our conversation. This is so strange!

lanbin90 @rmwood81 so if you have an email I can send you everything I’ve sent them and everything they’ve sent me which is a new shipping label. I also can send you the other information for the package they originally thought I sent.

lanbin90 @rmwood81 I’ve been contacting Poshmark so that they can refund you for the boots. I’ve also told them that money that doesn’t belong to me is just sitting on my Poshmark for something I didn’t send. And also that label is faulty, it should have sent me a notification saying I have a certain amount of time to send the item, in which I haven’t received anything.

rmwood81 @lanbin90 2 days have passed since Poshmark said to get back to them if I hadn’t received the boots. I have emailed them twice with no reply. I called my bank today and started a dispute/chargeback process with them. I feel bad for doing so but I feel like Poshmark is just going to give me a runaround until I give up and it’s not fair.

rmwood81 It’s been 18 days since the original purchase date; I think that it’s reasonable for me to expect this to have been resolved by Poshmark and I’ve been patient and nice and polite to them this whole time. Thank you for trying to help me get this fixed on your end.
