antsotrue Hi can u please return the coat. I sent u several messages about the stain on the coat had u checked them u would not have left that nasty comment and rating on my product. I actually waited a day before shipping to send it to see if u would actually respond. I have a toddler who plays with gift cards when we shop so I was not aware of the gift card. Also I live in a smoke free home. So can u please just return the coat. Thank u.

elles_closet12 @antsotrue Im not paying to return the coat. As I already replied to your other message, but I see you’re trying to make a fuss on my personal page, so I will say the same thing here. My rating and comment was appropriate and true. You messaged me AFTER accepting my offer about the stain. Which means final sale. The stain is not my concern, I bought it as a play coat. The horrible smell and dirt along with garbage in the pocket is what bothered me.

antsotrue @elles_closet12 it’s funny how u did not respond to the other messages I sent you regarding the stain, that’s what the fuss is really about. And there was still an OPTION to cancel the purchase OR respond to the comments that I left u. No matter how u put it, you’re buying USED things WHICH SHOULD ALWAYS BE washed before putting them on your kid. That’s neither here nor there u had the option to cancel the sale.

elles_closet12 @antsotrue lady, stop harassing me. Im not changing the rating which is generous considering how overwhelming the stench was and how dirty the item came to me. I could see the stain in the photo. I dont care about a minor discoloration for a play coat. And if youve ever read posh policy, a private offer cannot be cancelled. But I didnt need to cancel the item. Because again, stain didnt matter.

elles_closet12 @antsotrue yes, clearly used items should be washed before using, as are new items purchased from a department store. They should also be washed BEFORE SELLING THEM to someone. Sorry, thought that was common knowledge.

11752 Hi both pieces are brand new never worn. I don’t know how the hook is NOT there for the one piece. You did see that right? I don’t think it would be hard to go to sewing store and get a hook . I/we are challenged by your 1 star posting since it obviously is not a 1 start status based on your description. My very fair asking price indicated this was a use. Your post: Burberry trench coat with nova check lining. There are some minor blemishes as shown, may come out with spot treatment. Priced accordingly. Otherwise coat is in excellent condition.
