gonzalezt2 I blocked you because you were very rude! I don't deal with rude people! You are the ONLY one that complained about the sandals. I'm guessing you did something to them!

mixmixsell Hello Rachelle, I am terribly sorry. I was trying to remove some of the gel insole residue from the Tory Burch sandals to ship them out to you today. I wore them twice but Had put in gel insoles because of my arch issues. So the shoes were practically new but the gel residues, which I thought would easily come off with some goo off.

mixmixsell It turned out that's not the case... it ruined completely the plastic soles and now they are scratched and damaged. :(. I will not be able to sell those shoes to you knowing the state of them. I have thus cancelled the order now. My sincere apologies. I am terribly sorry.
