rachellebarry7 @bea_alde7 Hi thank you for being so thoughtful but unfortunately I am trying to return a vera a Bradley backpack and I can't get anyone to email or get back to me on it and I have a sweet 16 year old birthday girl in tears. So before I buy anything else I need to know that this can be fixed as I already want to bear a Bradley the store and found that they do in fact make more than one size backpack so I bought my niece the backpack she really wanted

rachellebarry7 @bea_alde7 yes I did it's just my fiance is freeking out Because it says if you don't do something within 72 hours then you're screwed but we ordered it on the 17th we got it on the 20th the birthday was on the 22nd we didn't even think to open it we just wrapped it as is so she could do all the unwrapping and then she was in tears and I feel like an idiot I'm sorry
