angelraegan @jordanmcleland not dumb question! You can either put in your mailbox to have your carrier pick up or take to post office and go in and say you just need to drop off its already paid for, they will offer receipt, up to you if you want one (I never get one). Post office is safest bet, but up to you!

angelraegan @jordanmcleland the label is for up to 5 pounds, so if you ever think something may be more then be sure to weigh it because then you'll need to contact Posh and get a new label for the exact weight (and you do have to pay for that overage). I've never gone over but come close! Thanks sugar, appreciate it! 😘

heatherlhold I'm finding a lot of people trying to sell clothes in disarray because of snags tears stains holes so not happy how can I get me money back for a torn up romper? thru poshmark?

angelraegan @heatherlhold in order to get money back you have to contact Posh for a refund right when you receive the item from the seller and notice the imperfections. you'll need to upload pictures of the item(s) showing/proving they aren't as described and Posh will contact the seller to notify them. usually the seller will agree to refund, but they may fight you on it. in that case it's up to Posh to decide. it takes awhile to get your refund.
