You now have received your correct item, but you have not shipped the backpack to @buttercup1010. Can you please check you email for a shipping label from POSH and get the backpack in the mail ASAP? buttercup1010 @shopheidis I appreciate you trying, but it looks like she just plans on keeping it. I have been on an email exchange with Poshmark since December 3 when they mailed her the shipping label to mail the Steve Madden backpack to me. She also has not logged into her Poshmark account since December 2 so I don’t think she has seen any of our messages. Very unhappy that people can be this dishonest. I don’t know what Poshmark plans to do with her account.
